Handling of Requests, Complaints and Claims
International courses and certifications are taught in two modalities:
Request: It is a verbal or written request that is addressed to an entity and / or server, with the purpose of requesting their intervention in a specific and specific matter. The request can be a request, an information or a suggestion.
Complaint: It is a verbal or written disagreement that a user presents against the actions of a certain official or office.
Claim: It is a verbal or written disagreement presented by a user for the non-provision or deficiency of a service provided by the company.
We have five (5) business days to resolve your request, complaint, or claim.
