The Universal Training Center student can choose one of the following modalities to take the training: Face-to-face at our facilities or online (OnLine), from anywhere in the world through our live platform docenteenlinea.com. Within the docenteenlinea.com platform you will find:

• The instructor shares his computer desktop with the students or viceversa.
• It will have excellent quality audio in both ways.
• You can use chat or audio to answer questions.
• Each virtual classroom has a high resolution camera that will allow you to view the board, to observe what the teacher writes and take a copy (or screenshot) of the notes before they are erased.
• If required, we have an electronic T-board so that you can view the presentations and writings that the instructor executes on your computer.
• If required, we have an electronic cordless pencil that allows you to see what the instructor writes on ordinary paper.
